Why do I have to log in before I can place an item in my shopping cart?
In order to order an item from the webshop, you must be an actual Waterdrinker webshop customer. If you are not yet a webshop customer, you can only take a look at our products. Want to place an order? Please log in and choose a departure date to place an order. Not a webshop customer yet? Please use this form to register. We will contact you as soon as possible.
How do I place an order?
After logging in, please choose the desired departure date. Please note: the departure date is the date on which your order leaves our logistics centre in Aalsmeer. After choosing a departure date, you also have the option to add an order feature. Here you can enter any desired order feature. This is intended for your personal administration and to easily find the order in your order history. Now click confirm and you can start adding products to your order.
Where can I find and modify my order information?
I'm dissatisfied with my order, where can I report this?
If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product, we kindly ask you to notify us using this feedback form. If you are not happy with a product, you must report this within 24 hours. Moreover, we can only handle complaints if a clear photograph has been added.
Can I order products in the long term?
If you wish to place an order for more than 2 days in advance, you can request this via thisform on the customer service page. Our buyer can then check whether the products are available and what we can do for you. Please note: this is a request, the buyer must first confirm whether we can deliver the products at the desired time.
